Three Romantic K-Dramas Coming To NETFLIX This Valentines!

In preparation for this year’s Valentine season, Netflix has announced the upcoming release of three Romantic K-Dramas. With the new shows starring many of the platform’s top stars, the upcoming shows are almost certain to be some of the most popular shows of 2022!

Romantic K-Dramas Coming To Netflix

(Romantic K-Dramas #1) Forecasting Love & Weather

The first program set to release this February is the heart-fluttering office romance series “Forecasting Love & Weather,” starring Park Min-Young and Song Kang. This program has made headlines starring two of the top Hallyu actors of the last decade, and fans cannot wait to see these two top stars act together.

“Forecasting Love & Weather” follows the unexpected romance that springs up between a “diligent forecaster and her free-spirited co-worker.” (Netflix)
The anticipated drama will release globally on the platform on the 12th of February!

(Romantic K-Dramas #2) Twenty Five Twenty One

The second series to come to Netflix is the all-star K-Drama “Twenty Five Twenty One,” starring Kim Tae-Ri and Nam Joo-hyuk. Nam Joo-hyuk’s long-awaited return to Netflix after his hit 2020 show “Start-Up” with Bae Suzy, fans have already bookmarked this show as potentially one of the top shows to be released this year.

“Twenty Five Twenty One” follows a teen fencer (played by Kim Tae-ri) who “pursues big ambitions and meets a hardworking young man who seeks to rebuild his life.” (Netflix)
The inspiring drama will also be released globally on the platform on the 12th of February!

(Romantic K-Drama #3) Thirty Nine

The third and final romantic K-Drama to be released on Netflix soon is the Son Ye-jin starring “Thirty Nine.” Starring some of Korean TV’s top actors including, Jeon Mi-do, Kim Ji-Hyun, and Yeon Woo-jin, avid K-Dramas cannot wait for this drama to get released on the platform.

According to Netflix, “Thirty Nine” follows “a trio of best friends” who “stand together as they experience life, love and loss on the brink of turning 40.” (Netflix)
While Netflix has not yet announced the exact release date, the platform has already put the drama on their “Coming Soon” list, leading fans to believe the premier is not far!

Juvenile Justice

If romantic comedies are not your style, Netflix has also announced the upcoming release of their courtroom crime thriller “Juvenile Justice.” Already promoted extensively by Netflix, this show has fans counting down the days till its premiere with the promise of an impressive performance by lead actress Kim Hye-soo.

“Juvenile Justice,” tells the story of “a tough judge” that “balances her aversion to minor offenders with firm beliefs on Justice and punishment as she tackles complex cases inside a juvenile court.” (Netflix)
“Juvenile Justice” will be available internationally on the 25th of February.
