Taeyeon Surprises With New LP

To the surprise and delight of millions of fans, Girls Generation’s vocalist and incredible soloist Taeyeon has announced the upcoming release of her next full-length studio album.

In a statement from SM Entertainment released on Tuesday, Taeyeon is releasing the upcoming LP, Taeyeon’s third full-length record, in February 2022. The album will follow a pre-release that Taeyeon will be debuting on the 17th of January, titled “Can’t Control Myself.”

While it has been nearly two and a half years since the release of Taeyeon’s most recent LP titled “Purpose,” during the pandemic, Taeyeon has released several successful tracks like “Happy,” “What’s Do I Call You,” and “Weekend,” as well as her 4th solo EP.

One of the most successful and top-selling female solo artists in the Korean music industry, Taeyeon has released iconic tracks like “I,” “Four Seasons,” “Spark.” Furthermore, Taeyeon has proved her vocals on OST tracks for successful K-Dramas including, “Jirisan,” “Hotel Del Luna,” and “Do You Like Brahms,” among others.

Eric Nam Conquers International Charts With New Indie Album

Following the recent release of Eric Nam’s first independent record (the artist left Korean record label and management agency CJ ENM in June 2021), the album has conquered international Spotify and iTunes charts.

The new album, titled “There and Back Again,” was announced along with an upcoming world tour in October 2021. Following the record’s release on the 7th of January, Eric Nam has become one of the top names in the international pop industry.

Demonstrating the album’s brilliance, Eric Nam rose to the tops of several of the most respected charts including,

Eric Nam, an incredible vocalist, and performer began his career as a Korean-American vocalist releasing his first album in 2013 after competing in the Korean competition program MBC’s “Star Audition: Birth of a Great Star 2.”

Throughout Eric Nam’s nine-year career, this artist has released some iconic and beloved K-Pop tracks including, “Honestly,” “Runaway,” and “Spring Day (Feat. Wendy of Red Velvet),” among others. In 2019, Eric Nam released his first predominantly English-language album titled “Before We Begin.”

In June 2021, Eric Nam’s management contract with the Korean media platform CJ ENM expired. Following the expiration of his contract, the artist announced his decision not to sign with another label, instead choosing to create independent music.

The success of his brand new album “There and Back Again,” is a testament to the artist’s incredible singing and songwriting skills, as well as the success of his international career, as the album conquers charts in the US and UK.
