The annual MTV VMAs were held today on the 29th of August and here are one of the night’s biggest K-Pop winners:

Firstly, BLACKPINK’s Lisa took home the award for “Best K-Pop” for her 2021 track and solo debut, “LALISA.”
The other nominees included Stray Kids with “MANIAC,” Seventeen with “HOT,” ITZY with “LOCO,” TWICE with “The Feels,” and BTS woth “Yet To Come.”
Global phenomenon and K-Pop group, BTS won the spaceman for “Best Group”
The other nominated groups included Silk Sonic, BLACKPINK, Måneskin, Imagine Dragons, City Girls, Foo Fighters, and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
BLACKPINK won their second award of the night for their Metaverse performance of “Ready For Love” with PUBG Mobile. The girl group officially took home the “Best Metaverse performance.”
Finially, SEVENTEEN won their first VMA award for their stage performance of the group’s 2021 title track “Rock With You.” The thirteen members of SEVENTEEN were awarded the night’s “PUSH PERFORMANCE” trophy.
Another big winner of the night included Taylor Swift whose “All All Too Well (10 minute version) (Taylor’s version) (from The Vault)” won for “Best Video,” “Best Direction,” and “Best Long-Form Video.”
